Industrial Panel PCs & HMI Touch Panels

An industrial panel PC combines a touch display, an embedded computer and a rugged enclosure in one unit, so equipment builders and integrators can install a complete operator interface in a single step. TouchVision builds fanless, all-metal panel PCs and HMI touch panels for fire-safety systems, power automation, new-energy equipment, smart factories and IoT control points.

A configurable platform, not a fixed catalogue

TouchVision panel PCs are built on a modular platform that can be configured to the project:

  • Processors: Rockchip, TI, NXP, ST or Intel; ARM Cortex-A7/A35/A53/A55/A76 or x86; single to eight cores.
  • Displays: 8″ to 32″, 720p to 4K; LCD interfaces MIPI, single/dual LVDS, HDMI, eDP and RGB.
  • Touch: resistive, projected-capacitive or infrared, or no touch.
  • I/O: Gigabit Ethernet, USB 3.0, M.2, Wi-Fi, 4G/5G, isolated DI/DO/AI/AO, isolated CAN, RS-485, RS-422 and RS-232.
  • Operating systems: Linux, Windows and HarmonyOS; development in Qt, Python, C/C++ or Java.
  • Protocols: Modbus, OPC UA, IEC 60870-5-104 and mainstream PLC protocols, with local HMI configuration through HMaker SCADA or web-based configuration.

Standard models

The 8-inch TV-IN08TP-BG is a sunlight-readable wall-mount HMI with infrared touch. The 17-inch TV-IN17TP-BG-PLUS adds capacitive multi-touch in a modular housing and is used as a fire control room graphic display. The TV-IN17P-MINI is an ultra-thin 17-inch embedded unit for shallow cabinets. The Security & Fire-Safety All-in-One combines a rugged aluminum terminal with visualization and alarm-linkage software.

Rugged by default

All models use all-metal or aluminum enclosures, fanless cooling and sealed fronts that are waterproof, dustproof and scratch-resistant. Mounting options include panel (embedded), wall, rack, desktop and VESA. Industrial graphic display terminals from TouchVision are designed for IP65/IP67 front protection, -20 °C to 60 °C operation and vibration resistance, and they integrate with PLC, SCADA and MES systems over Modbus, Profinet and EtherCAT (confirm per model).

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between a panel PC and an HMI?

An HMI (human-machine interface) is the operator screen for a machine or process. A panel PC is a complete computer with a touch screen that can run HMI software and other applications. TouchVision panel PCs are used as HMIs and also run custom applications.

Are TouchVision panel PCs fanless?

Yes. Standard models are fanless with all-metal or aluminum enclosures, which reduces dust ingress and removes a common point of failure.

Which touch types can I choose?

Resistive, projected-capacitive (PCAP) or infrared touch, or a display without touch, depending on the environment and user expectations.

Can I order a panel PC with my own logo and software preinstalled?

Yes. TouchVision offers OEM branding, custom front panels and preinstalled OS images and applications, with small-batch pilot orders.
