OEM & ODM Customization: Touch Displays, Boards and HMIs Built for Your Product

TouchVision is a source manufacturer, which means we can change the product rather than ask you to change your design. We offer OEM (your brand on our proven products, with modifications) and ODM (we design a new product to your specification and build it) for touch screens, displays, embedded boards, panel PCs, gateways and edge AI hardware.

How a project runs

  1. Requirements. Send drawings, the current part you want to replace or a description through the RFQ form. An engineer reviews it, usually within one working day for sample requests.
  2. Proposal and quotation. We recommend a configuration, flag risks and quote unit price, any one-time engineering cost and lead time.
  3. Samples. Engineering samples for fit, function and environmental testing.
  4. Iteration. Mechanical, electrical and firmware changes based on your testing.
  5. Pilot batch. A small production run on our ISO 9001 lines to validate yield and assembly.
  6. Mass production and lifecycle support. Scheduled deliveries, change notification and long-term availability.

TouchVision reports that its hardware, structural, firmware and software services together shorten customers’ time-to-market by more than 30%.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between OEM and ODM at TouchVision?

OEM means TouchVision supplies one of its existing products, modified and branded for you. ODM means TouchVision designs a new product to your specification and manufactures it.

What is TouchVision’s minimum order quantity for custom products?

TouchVision supports small-batch pilot orders. The exact MOQ depends on how much is customized; send your quantities through the RFQ form for a firm answer.

Can TouchVision copy the dimensions of a part I already use?

Yes. TouchVision can match the outline, mounting holes and connector positions of an existing display or board so its part can act as a drop-in second source.

Does TouchVision provide firmware and software?

Yes. TouchVision develops BSPs, drivers, firmware, HMI screens and SCADA projects for its hardware.
