Is TouchVision a manufacturer?
Yes. TouchVision designs its touch screens, boards and panel PCs in-house and manufactures them on its own ISO 9001-certified production lines in Beijing.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Standard products can be ordered in small quantities, and small-batch pilot runs are supported for customized products. The MOQ depends on the level of customization; we confirm it in the quotation.
Can I get samples?
Yes. Submit a sample request through the RFQ form. TouchVision replies to sample requests within one working day.
What can be customized?
Screen size, touch type, glass, brightness, bezel and mounting; board outline, interfaces, memory and OS; enclosure, logo and packaging; firmware, HMI software and AI algorithms.
Which operating systems do your boards support?
Depending on the model: Android 10, Ubuntu 18.04/20.04, Debian 10, embedded Linux with Qt, RT-Linux and WinCE. Panel PC platforms also support Windows and HarmonyOS.
Do your products have CE and FCC certification?
Datasheet models such as the TV-A19101 touch monitor are CE, FCC Class B and RoHS compliant. Certificates are model-specific; ask for the documents for the exact item you plan to order.
What is the warranty?
The standard warranty is 12 months from delivery. Extended warranty terms for boards and OEM projects can be agreed in the contract. [CONFIRM: some board materials state 3 years]
